The Estate Planning process can seem overwhelming before you begin, but it does not have to be that way. Once you reach out for a consultation and the ball starts rolling, it becomes a path that is easy to follow.

I have fine-tuned a process from start to finish to make things straightforward, clear and stress-free. In three simple meetings spanning a few weeks, you can go from square one to having a complete and effective estate plan that will protect and secure your legacy for your loved ones.

    Initial Consultation

At a time convenient to you, we discuss what you would like to accomplish with your estate plan and I’ll give you an overview of the process.

    Plan & Design

We’ll schedule a second meeting to sit down together and talk through all of the decisions, big and small, that go into an effective estate plan. With that information in hand, I’ll prepare documents that reflect your goals.

    Signing Meeting

Once all the drafting is completed and fully aligned with your intentions, we’ll have a quick meeting where you’ll sign and receive your documents.
